In brotherly collaboration, with passion and commitment they take regional raw materials and turn them into natural sourdough that is baked with care. Grain from Germany's oldest association of organic producers, Demeter, and natural brine from Berchtesgadener Land, which is rich in minerals and micronutrients, lend the products a fresh and aromatic flavour.
