In 2001 no less than eight innkeepers came together with the goal of cherishing and cultivating Bavarian cooking. And since then the white-and-blue innkeepers have been serving local dishes cooked according to traditional recipes year round. Selected ingredients, products from the region paired with typically Bavarian hospitality are at the focus here. And in some of the cases the passion for good food has been passed on to a second or even third generation. A trip to the white-and-blue inns in Berchtesgaden, Schönau am Königssee, Ramsau, and Marktschellenberg is always a very special experience.
