In 2019 Golffestival Kitzbühel will once again be all about indulgence – be it on the golf courses at the foot of Hahnenkamm or at numerous gourmet events with award-winning chefs and selected Austrian winemakers. People who share a passion for both had better mark June 23 to 30 2019 in their calendars right away.
The people of Kitzbühel love to tee off: at only 8,000 inhabitants the city boasts a total of four golf courses – and golfers from all around the globe appreciate this very much. With GC Kitzbühel, GC Kitzbühel Schwarzsee, GCL Rasmushof, and GC Eichenheim, Kitzbühel is called the golf centre of the Alps for good reason – it impresses with wonderful courses embedded in unique natural surroundings.
And this year the 17th golf festival beckons golfers to prove their skill once again and enjoy spectacular views at the same time. Boisterous evenings off the green will be provided by gourmet chefs and renowned winemakers. And an excellent musical framework programme will round off the experience for everyone involved. Kitzbühel’s hotels are also looking forward to hosting golf fans from all over the world and they offer attractive golf packages for the time of the festival.
Another highlight: the so-called Streif Attack where the famous slope must be conquered with golf clubs. Ten holes down from the starting hut to the so-called “mouse trap”, across the steep finish slope all the way to Rasmushof. Golffestival Kitzbühel – a must for passionate golfers!
