The crossover cuisine by Martin Pfarrsbacher uses only regional ingredients and the handmade Slayer coffee machine from Seattle is under pressure – to make strong, delicious coffees refined by the baristas. From 11.30 am to 4 pm skiers, hikers, or bobsledders can enjoy authentic delicacies – in front of the restaurant's fireplace, on the large sun terrace, or at the umbrella bar. From 6.30 pm to 9 pm guests are welcome to enjoy dinner in a sophisticated atmosphere.
