The sophisticated simplicity of the cuisine fits in perfectly with the space painted by Paul Renner as well as the "Herbarium", a space Christian Thanhäuser adorned with a selection of wood cuttings. The idea of an "Austrian trattoria" has found many friends - Austrian classics and alpine delicacies long believed to be lost.
Because this concept has proven so popular and not all guests want to do without it,
Almhof Schneider still offers "fine dining" with "carte blanche" menus for individual tables
upon request. At lunchtime and in the afternoon, dishes from the lunch menu are served - also on the terrace. And to round it all off, there is the award-winning wine menu by Josef Neulinger (upon request also available at restaurant Klösterle in Zug). The pool room on the ground floor is the ideal spot for enjoying an aperitif or digestif.
