At Döllerer's Geniesserrestaurant (= connoisseurs' restaurant) the name really says it all: with his "Cuisine Alpine" Andreas Döllerer takes epicures on a culinary indulgence tour through Salzburg's Alps. Tradition and a strong regional focus as well as modern interpretations thereof are reflected in his dishes - just like his appreciation of regional products. The alpine menus "Göllüberquerung" and "Oberjoch" can be complemented with delicious vintages from the wine list - which is one of the best in Austria.

Andreas Döllerer's innovative cooking only recently won Döllerer's Geniesserrestaurant 99 out of 100 points in the Falstaff restaurant guide 2019. The á la carte restaurant guide also awarded it 99 points and declared it Austria's best restaurant.
