"Friends and Fools" is exactly that: a community where everyone can contribute, collaborate, and add their creative thoughts. Everyone working towards the same goal: finding the ultimate, alpine taste where the concepts of "back to the roots" and "into the future" play a role in the kitchen, a kitchen that doesn't just process but also produce. Sustainably, self-supporting, and back to the agricultural roots - that's the way back to a tastier world the members have vowed to promote.

Throughout the year members can take part in events that last several days with talks, music, outdoor cooking, master classes, dinners, wine tastings etc.
