The panoramic view from the restaurant is truly breathtaking. Annemarie and Wolfgang Strauss have been welcoming guests at Sporthotel Murmeli for more than 20 years – they treat epicures to extraordinary haute cuisine while still remaining down-to-earth. “The actual taste of only the best products is what my creations are all about”, “toque” chef Wolfgang Strauss explains. The classic and regional delicacies with an international touch are always made from scratch and - whenever possible - using only high-quality regional ingredients. Each course – from bouillabaisse, to braised cheeks of lamb all the way to sweet cheese dumplings – is pure indulgence. In winter the spots on the sun terrace are in high demand.
