TIAN BISTRO AM BERG

After last year's success, Zürs am Arlberg can once more look forward to the award-winning cuisine of Paul Ivic and his team from Vienna's TIAN restaurant.

Starting on December 17, 2022, Hotel Edelweiss will once again host TIAN Bistro am Berg and everyone is invited to get in there, have a bite and try a bit of everything because what's served is a vegetarian-vegan sharing menu that sits right at the centre of the table. Aside from a variety of starters, main courses, and desserts, classics like the TIAN tatar made from a redbeet basis return, too.

The TIAN philosophy is clear: you'll exclusively find seasonal and mostly regional products that are used from root to leaf on your table.
