Die Stube at Hotel Arlberg has become quite the institution in Lech; so much so, that visiting its host, Willi Hagen, is a must. At lunchtime, the kitchen team spoils guests to local delicacies and in the evenings you’ll find nine different fondue creations to choose from, complete with home-made sauces or enjoy a mouth-watering raclette.
Aside from classics like Bourguignonne or Chinoise, the Asian-style fondue or the exclusive ’Fondue Royal’ with thinly sliced Wagyu beef are definitely worth trying. Another specialty is the organic cheese fondue, that is made completely without alcohol however full of taste.
